My dad is like the father in fiddler on the roof who rejected his daughter for marrying a christian.

In case many of you don't know, I detest texting and its takeover of conversation. Here is a photo which show just how bad it has gotten.

Your not alone in that either Emo, unfortunately, it hurts as if it is. Being yourself is a challenge for us, sometimes we need a borrowed family to get through it. Parents often come around once they know you are serious and not changing your mind.

Don't sweat it Emo. We will be here for you always, OK? :)

This will be tough...

My parents say this stuff is all in my head.. How can i tell what is truth and what is not?

Holy...... Wait.. I remember i did come out to them in a way... I told them i didnt like being a guy but i couldnt explain why. The details are vague tho. Hate my selective memory...

My driving test is in 2 weeks. I only have about a month's worth of experience, I always turn the fricken wheel opposite of what I wanted when reversing, and I hate checking my blindspot. I'll probably fail. D:

Eccck, I hate checking my blindspot too.  My father is hellbent on me getting my license so I can drive him to work and back since he's got his license stripped of him for DUI.

Knowing me, I'd probably fail too.

That's one of the things that put me off from doing it at 16; having my parents nag me about errands. My fricken mother has such a dependent attitude that I'd have to do everything (which she hasn't been doing anyway, she gets someone else to) from groceries to driving my dad (who can't drive) to the doctor. I think I'm a good driver but I'm still fricken clumsy and the other day I almost didn't give the right-of-way to these old people and I was coming in really fast and my dad had to tell me. >.<

Oh and I also have a jury summons the day before my driving test. Ughhhhhhhhhh

I remember around 16 being so excited to drive that I told  my mother that I would always be willing to do errands for me and she liked the thought of that.

Apparently that never took place once I found out how much I hated to drive lol.  I'm bad at quick decision making in driving, which always piss other peope off.

Come on now!  Let's get a "Can do" attitude.  Practice backing up in your street, or in a local parking lot (like at a shopping center - wide open).

You can do it!  :)

Trying to make sense of a really odd dream.  Last night, I dreamt that I was on a date with Fidel Castro and we were out at a haunted Mexican restaurant that was filled with ghosts.  Not only was this a "what the hell dream", but I just looked at my "this day in history email" to realize that Castro took over Cuba today (well, years ago, lol).  So, what am I thinking?  Why the hell did I dream of dating Fidel Castro, a monster who I despise and never think about?  Why was it at a haunted restaurant?  And why did I have it on day that he overthrew Batista when I didn't know beforehand that it occurred on this day?  There are so many what the hell moments that I can't make sense of any of this.  Maybe my mind flashed to Godfather 2 and the new years day celebration when I was dreaming.  Eh, I have no idea.  I'm a messed up person.

Well, you did ask what I was thinking..... so blame yourself for having read this, lol.

Dreams are dreams.  Your subconscious is just working stuff out.

What would have been "messed up" is if you ended up in bed with an 87-year old cigar smoker.   :o

I had some clam chowder this morning and the instructions said when microwaving it, to put a cover over it.

I thought to myself "No, I'm going to do whatever I want to do and I'm not doing that.:

About 2 minutes later the clam chowder started exploding so I had to wipe up the mess inside of the microwave and I said to myself, "oooooh that's why".

Am I still going to microwave clam chowder without a lid?  Yes because that's how I roll.  Then again, I'm not a big fan of it and I prefer the NFL Chunky Meat soup but we didn't have any.

I'm taking a leave of absence until the seismic energy dissipates. The conflict is causing me stress and anxiety, which doesn't make the site much use as a support right now.  :-\

No blame to anyone. Much love to everyone, all the best, and see you in a bit.

For some reason, I suddenly have the urge to build an earthquake machine. I may have been watching too much Kim Possible. (It has super villains and I like cartoons.)

I wish that, when it came to gender, I could just tell people "I'm like Loki" (mythology) and people would understand. He gave birth and no one misgenders him.

Just play this through the loudest stereo that you can find. Crank the volume and give it a maximum bass boost.

There you go!

worried about my boss who had to be taken to the hospital today. She is like family to me and was my father's companion for 15 years. I hope she's going to be ok.
