Ms Grace

Sadly that it is a mystery journey for each and every one of us ladies... cis and trans alike... Different for every single person. Could be days (unlikely) weeks or months (hopefully not). The only certainty is that you will know when you know... frustrating!

Now I wish I noticed this earlier, before I started another thread....

So my itching nipples and aching breasts are my girls actually coming in?! I'm not just having a psychosomatic reaction? Spironolactone is more effective than I thought (thought I'd have to wait for the patches before I would get any growth)!

I can't say anything about AA's alone, but I still experience growing pains with both Estradiol and Spiro.  My Estradiol dosage finally has been moved up to an optimal range and the growing pains have really really increased.  Sometimes it's only on one side, so I think that's a common thing.
