Wow, time has really flown.  I know how very important this operation is to you, and I'm very happy to know that you are finally going to get it done. :)

well i think congratulations are in order.  i know i've been a bitch in several occasions, yet today i want to wish you good luck and a prompt recovery.  you need all the good vibes you can get to make this a successful journey.
