Trying to find northern new england endo

I'm having trouble finding an endocrinologist in my area (Central Maine) who does MTF HRT.  Can anyone recommend a doctor who takes Medicare anywhere from Boston north?  Or I guess it could by an ob/gyn or any doc who does HRT.
