New eyelashes?

Hey everyone.

I've been on hormones for seven months now and every now and then my eyelids get ridiculously itchy, I couldn't figure out for a while what it was but i'm growing an extra layer of eyelashes just above the ones I already have.

I never came across this being an effect from hormones so is this just a normal thing that happens?

Not that I'm complaining, my eyes are looking fabulous!
