Kunaporn Alumnae: Post-op Orgasm?

Hello all,

I'm almost ten months post-op after SRS/GCS with Dr. Sanguan Kunaporn in Phuket last January.  Overall, the results and healing have been wonderful -- you can find a full description of my experience starting at http://attitude-analyst.blogspot.com/2013/01/the-journey-begins-or-exclamation-point.html 🔗 -- but I have a question about orgasms.

Since last spring I have had two good sexual partners, one of whom I now count as my regular boyfriend.  Despite some "nice" feeling down there, however, I don't get anything near what I would call an orgasm.  Masturbation doesn't get me there either.  I would be interested in hearing from others who also made that journey to Phuket.  Could it be that this is one of Kunaporn's down sides, or is it just me?  Admittedly, I had not had sexual relations at all for three years before SRS, and even in the years before it was infrequent for many of the usual trans reasons.  Could it be that I just don't have that brain-clit connection?  Or could it be simpler, just a matter of my T being at almost absolute zero?  Or do I just need to be patient?

I'll be grateful to learn from the experiences of others.

Little known fact, something like 75.5% of genetic women can't orgasm from sex alone and something like 15% of those women never experience an orgasm....and they have, if i remember right, double the nerve endings down there that we do. Asuggestion i got from close friends for when im post op...try everything you can think of and if just one thing doesn't work, try doing two or three things at the same time.

Thank you, Kariann for the response.  I suppose only time will show which percent I will fall into, although judging from what I hear from my genetic sisters, I'm likely to fall into the underpriveleged 15%.  That said, the entire intimate experience for me today is much, much better than anything in my former life, orgasm or no orgasm.

As you say, if one thing doesn't work, try two or three others at the same time 🙂 .

When i was talking to an ex recently she admitted something to me...she has never had an orgasm from anything vaginal or clitoral, but did find that the back door rocks her world. I guess its safe to say keep your options open.
