What weirded you out today???

Hey, this might be a thing, or not a thing. I know sometimes stuff happens that neither makes me happy, sad, arrrgh, or both happy and sad... sometimes it is just weird and puzzling.

Like today, I was out shopping at the local mall in guy mode but finding that's can be problematic as my bust is getting harder to conceal in a tee. As I was walking to the exit I dawdled momentarily while passing a particular dress and accessory store. There's a very nice outfit on one of the mannequins in the window that I would so love to buy. Then as I continued on my way I was aware of this dude walking right past me giving me the most hostile agro look I think I've ever had directed at me. And that was it, lasted two or three seconds but wow, it really freaked me out for a second! Have no idea why, didn't think my boobs were noticeable, don't know what his problem was. Weird.

Hah! Yes, it was a very wacky genre! Studied it at uni and still have no idea what it was about!

Meanwhile... flies painted on urinals... I know they're meant to encourage better aim, but seriously, WTF?

Following a rather intense work related meeting yesterday - one which I chaired and managed to keep from becoming dysfunctional or pointless - a work colleague told me twice she thought I'd shown "true grace under pressure". She knows nothing about my transition and certainly nothing of the new name I'd chose for myself... it was a great moment but also a touch surreal, I so wanted to just tell her she didn't know how close she was!

My eight year old niece has a One Direction book - y'know, stickers, pics, factoids, etc. I can't remember which Boy Bland member it was now, but she has a girl crush on one of them and had written "hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, sexy, sexy, sexy, sexy, sexy" beside his cheesy photo. I asked her if she even knew what "sexy" meant, she claimed she did. Kids these days!
