There are two types of gynecomastia.
Pseudogynecomastia presents with breasts composed of primarily adipose (fatty) tissue. Sometime they are called "fat boy tits."

True gynecomastia (woman-like breasts) are composed of both adipose tissue and glandular tissue (lobules, ducts, etc).
I've got half (left) and half (right)

Thanks everyone. I assume phytoestrogens from food are typically negligible, then - unless you have a very high phyto diet (mine probably isn't - lettuce I think is low). I'm not about to "self med" with hops again... that was a just-barely-pre-OOTC phase.
All I know is that I need to stop what I had tonight and I need to feel real. I was powering through dysphoria today (sometimes failing a tad, other times ignoring it completely for Dr Who stuff). As soon as my wife came home, I lied down on the couch. My daughter even brought me my bear to snuggle with. I'm sure everyone saw I was off. I only got up to give my dog his benedryl (he's sick, appt. on Monday

).
