Hi all, I'm still a new to the feminization process and have a few questions so hopefully I'm in the right place.

I don't want to make the full transformation. I love my effeminate nature but want to keep my bits n pieces tyvm ;D

Okay so I guess I'll start off with; I'm 27 years old and 6' tall and 158lbs. I was diagnosed with Graves disease in April. If you're not sure what that is, it's basically an auto immune disorder. Your immune system attacks itself, in this case your thyroid, causing your thyroid to produce too much thyroxin. Your thyroid produces thyroxin which is the hormone that regulates your metabolism. In December last year, I weighed 195lbs. By the time of my diagnosis in April this year I weighed 149lbs. I was allergic to both of the medications so had to undergo Radioactive Iodine treatment in July which slowly reduces and in some cases kills your thyroid. I'm now slowly gaining the weight back.
I don't know if any of you men have had this (80% of the time it occurs in women or older people- 50 and older) but I just thought I'd share that tidbit in case you have. So if my thyroid doesn't die, I will hopefully stay within 150lbs-190lbs.

Anyway. I have a nice flat stomach and I'd kind of like to keep it that way (Not build abs but keep them toned yet flat.) I have thick muscly/fat manly thighs and somewhat thick calves as well as forearms. I have flat feet with calluses all over the bottoms. First question, how can I make my limbs skinnier without building muscle and sacrificing exercise and also keep my stomach flat yet toned without building up abs? And how can I make my feet sexy and smooth like a ladies?

Second question; I'm kind of tight on money, and as soon as I save up enough I plan to get the laser hair removal done. In the meantime what can I use to keep my entire body smooth besides shaving? I get razor bumps rather easily almost everywhere except my face. I haven't tried the creams yet but read reviews that things like Nair works on arms and legs, but is there anything that works on the face, nipples/chest and genitalia? I read good reviews on a product on amazon called
The Bare Pair Balls Balm http://www.amazon.com/Bare-Pair-Threesome-King-Kombo/dp/B005IGUUBU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1381038317&sr=8-2&keywords=balls+hair+removal

Sounds straight forward enough :D Anyone ever tried it?

Lastly, What is a good diet plan to follow? I'm a meat eater first and foremost (In more ways than one >:-) ) and wouldn't be able to go vegan. Also (and I know this is a very bad thing) most all vegetables make me sick. Something about the taste of them that doesn't sit right in my stomach. I've tried forcing myself to eat them, but 10 times out of 10 they all come back up. I can eat lettuce and broccoli and carrots only in salad with dressing. And, strangely, I can eat almost any vegetable that's cooked in soups.

I'm in the process of quitting smoking cigarettes too and I quit smoking marijuana a month ago (Longest I've gone for 14 years   ;D) Someone told me i might start liking vegetables after i cut out the smoking. But what can I do in the meantime? Can I just take vitamins for my lack of vegetables for now? Quitting smoking is going to be a long process for me. I am completely dependent on the cigarettes and I don't believe in the patches, gum or lozenges theory because I know they only combat the physical addiction and not the mental. I tried the Chantix and that was, quite literally, a nightmare. Never had more psychotic dreams or thoughts in my life. A few of my friends told me about this website, http://www.neversmokeagain.com and they swear by it. 10 of my friends quit cold turkey based on this site so as soon as I'm ready, I'm going for it probably in the next few days as a matter of fact. It's totally free if you're also trying to quit. If you read through the website, you'll see why I'm waiting until I'm 100% ready. Sorry, I'm rambling. That's all I have for now.

Anything else I should know would be very helpful. Thanks for taking the time to read and good day/night/morning

Since you have some serious sounding health conditions, I'm thinking rather than getting diet advice from random forum users, you should be discussing this with your doctor, who knows the particulars of your condition. She/he can doubtless get you started on the best ways to loose weight safely. Generally, though, the obvious fact is that if eat less and exercise more you'll weight.

There are some good threads on this forum discussing hair removal. I'm not an expert on that, but the consensus seems to lean toward laser hair removal, with electrolysis as a close second.

I use the body bombshell workout - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8udQ-h4Y4BY&list=PLD550C1E4D798C219&index=1 - There's three minutes of talk before the exercises but it's worth it.

For diet I agree with Lyric - you have specialised needs and need professional advice.

For facial hair I shave and use Eflora cream (also sold as Vaniqa).  For body hair I use a mechanical epilator - after a first pass with Veet or Nair and/or a shaver.

If you take estrogen your "boy bits" will become non-functional.  If you don't you won't develop a feminine shape.  Your choice, just think about the consequences.

Doctors don't know much when it comes to diet.  Mostly they are drug salesmen.  A naturalpath might have some good ideas.  Buy a juicer and drink your veggies.

With Grave's, extra weight is often in water retention and you generally lose fat.  Too much calorie restriction will just make you run out of nutrients and your body will start cannibalizing internal organs.  Very good reasons to talk this with your doc and not take typical advice.

Meat actually is good food, especially if you have a fast metabolism.  What vegetables don't you like?  Leafy greens are probably the best place to start.  The ancestral human diet was likely leafy greens, insects, meat, eggs, fruit and nuts when you can get it, maybe tubers.  No grains or dairy.  There's a lot of commercial BS out there, but I think you should look at a high-fat, high-protein, high-vitamin "paleolithic" diet.

It won't feminize you much.  Grains give you a fat face, so taking them away might not help.  Then again, Grave's messes with facial fat anyway.

Broccoli and relatives (kale, kohlrabi, brussels, cabbages, cauliflower, probably a bunch more) attack the thyroid if eaten raw, which might be worth keeping in mind.

You kinda sound like you're wired on nicotine right now, to be blunt.  Nicotine detox is short enough - 72 hours - that you can do it with good support, and you're right that nicotine-replacement will drag that period out.  Be kind to yourself.  If you quit cold-turkey, you'll have respect for withdrawal (which will motivate you to keep your quit) but you'll know you can survive the worst detox of your life.

The most important thing from that site is this lesson: "if I smoke now, I will feel ten times worse in a couple hours and I'll have to spend the next couple days detoxing.  I'm going to think about X instead for the fifteen seconds it will take to clear this craving."  I do not like how it sets you up for failure: if you do break your quit you will have to detox again and it will suck immensely, but taking your support away as punishment is downright cruel.  And you do not beat addiction by being cruel to yourself.

Statistics show it takes several attempts to learn even one smoke will cause two to three days of suck.  You can do better by associating smoking with really unpleasant stuff, to make the point abundantly clear to your lower brain.  Ask your doctor.  Generally, this has been done with electric shocks, bad smells, and bitter or nausea-inducing medication (denatonium and ipecac have been studied).

As for veggies, ever had French onion soup?  Take some time and make up a pot.  It's one of my favorites, and I hope you like it.
