I've asked a question about this before, but lately dysphoria has been killing me. My issue is that HRT can make you stop growing, but Ive been told bioidentical T doesn't. I know not to take med advice online, but I can't find anything about trans use of bio T. I looked it up and it said that "bioidentical" was just a marketing term, and of course there was nothing about younger people taking it. As far as i know, bio T acts just like natural T and would not affect me growth wise. I was going to try to stick it out till I was a little older and just get injectable T, but I can't. So, please tell me all you know: cost, effects, growth. And please don't just copy and paste from the trans handbook. I've read it all.

I was never informed that testosterone can make you stop growing, and I have never heard of it anywhere on the internet aside from what you just said. Where did you hear this? I've seen threads here where guys on T have noticed their height increases.

I've heard it stops growth too, but I heard that from another trans guy, and I have no idea where he got the info from.

I don't know about that bio-identical thing. I don't know how much there is to it. I think that you should do what you endo says on this. Esp if you are seeing one who deals with younger guys. You'll be able to get on T soon, and the extra inches should help you out a bit, esp if you are pretty short.
