I have enjoyed these scorpion candy suckers.  You can also buy them with crickets, worms, and ants.



I find the very idea of eating a rodent revolting!  Capybaras (aka chiguiros) are the worlds largest rodent.  Apparently my aforementioned ancestors in the hills of eastern Tennessee consumed enough squirrel and rabbit to use the rodent quota for several generations.

I've had rattlesnake too (but not the others).  Years ago when I lived in Holly Hill, FL, my neighbor saw a rattlesnake on the side of the road so he pulled over and killed it with an axe handle he kept in his car.  He took it home and skinned it because he wanted to hang the skin on the wall but he didn't want the meat so he gave it to me.  I cooked it up and ate it.  It was okay.  It's a tough white meat a bit like alligator. I guess the closest common food would be shrimp.

I will ignore kabit's cheating, giving away (maybe) the answer and go with #2.  You're probably an excellent cook. hehe
