In the thread announcing Nero's death, there was a goodbye post from a user named Gwynne (their first and only post). I suspect that is MadeleineG, as she was going by that name last before closing her account, and it would explain how she knew Nero. That's really the only lead I have.

I miss seeing her around here, as I considered her a friend.

That is is very sad to hear. I believe that she is living very close to me as in only a few miles. It would be nice to be able to reach out to someone so close.
