Not TG/don't know/not born in US-50 but I want to see the results

I have noticed that certain states/regions seem to be better represented than others in terms of Susan's transgender population.  Some of them make sense, e.g., Michigan is well represented likely because of the prominence of U of M in studying Transgender.  Other states that seem well represented don't seem intuitively obvious as to why they are well represented, e.g., Oklahoma, where I was born.  Since the current reigning theory of the cause(s) of Transgender are a prenatal occurrence of some kind, the current physical dwelling of a TG person isn't significant, rather the place where they were born.

Hence I make this poll out of a curiosity if birth location is linked to TG.  I apologize to those who are here on Susan's for a situation that is not related to either a MTF or FTM issue, or for those who were born outside of the USA 50 states.  Even though it's not all inclusive, it may provide an interesting clue about birth location versus TG status.  And of course, the poll lacks the rigors of a proper scientific study.  Likely more Texans will answer because more people are born there than in Rhode Island, and it could be that people on the West Coast are more willing to answer polls compared to people on the East Coast.  All in all, it may hint at an interesting trend.

Obviously... I was born in the state of confusion  :D
Sorry, couldn't resist such a perfect straight line.

I actually was born in the same cesspool as the Mutant Teenage Ninja Turtles as revealed in The Secret of the Oooze.

This. It's a lot easier than what it is in Michigan, Where I currently live. And then all my other documents have to change.

born and live in the great state of Oregon (Go Ducks!).  In January, we will be able to get our b/c changed without having SRS, just a letter.

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

I was born in the United States, but in no present-day state or territory!  What do I do?!

How'd you manage that?
Discord, I'm howlin' at the moon
And sleepin' in the middle of a summer afternoon
Discord, whatever did we do
To make you take our world away?

Discord, are we your prey alone,
Or are we just a stepping stone for taking back the throne?
Discord, we won't take it anymore
So take your tyranny away!

Lol, only you could achieve this kind of greatness Jamie. :D  I suppose if it's important to you, you could choose the state in which you most gestated, which is the more salient consideration anyway...

:o Joules how could you forget the capital?

Ok, so there are a few I missed.  By rights I should also include some territories as well, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam.  Sigh, I had to draw the line somewhere, and I was getting weary of adding poll boxes...

All who desire can add their own location by doing a write-in here in the replies.  If there is a strong trend among such, I will amend the poll.

Picky, picky, picky.

District of Columbia!!

Taxation without Representation!

For the record, I was born in Ontario, which means I don't count.

If y'all can get the hang of private gun ownership, civil unrest, urban crime, stop being so dang polite and stop speaking French, we can probably grant you a territory status.  Maybe, no promises.
