It is a long road. Do not expect instant results. It is much more mundane and frankly, boring than you may expect... At least the first month. Again, YMMV.
I noticed the T blockers first. Within a day or two. Well, E seemed instant, but I suspect placebo there.
I can not get erect, not fully, and my ejaculate is clear/cloudy/watery. I have very little sex drive. I do this for science. My ejaculate is MUCH less 2 weeks in. Male orgasm once every few days is less than it was every few hours before HRT. The need is much less too. Like I said. I have to want to make it happen. It does when I do. I feel the hints of something new. I have not yet figured it out. I suspect it is the female orgasm. It hints at being amazing. Yet, HRT helps me wait paitiently for it. I hope to describe it here some day. I love describing what others say they can not describe. Sex? Still awesome. Just need to choose it. Less chance of preggers. MUCH more foreplay. MUCH less insertion. Totally medical.
