For those who have had this procedure or are currently looking to have it done:

Did you have or do you prefer placement of implants under or over the muscle?  and why?

Did you opt for silicone gel or saline implants?  and why?

Are you happy with the results and did you achieve the cleavage that you wanted, as well as natural look and feel?

And finally, did you lose any sensitivity in your breasts or nipples?

Even with fairly large breasts I'm considering augmentation, so most of the questions you have are the same as mine.  Except my breasts are a bit widely spaced and I'd like that fixed.  But I've never found anything that said this common problem can actually be solved with implants.  And at my age I'm not sure it's worth the pain. 

Somehow when I started HRT I didn't suddenly get a body like a Victoria's Secret model.  And my wife tells me I have image issues.      Of course I do.
