I have to disagree with the second part of your post with the caveat that I am going to Dr. D later this month and am obviously biased.
Like you said, his forehead work is consistently great, which is the reason I chose him since that is my main concern. However, if you look at the before and afters (and there are a TON for Dr. D.) at the Yahoo FFS group, you'll see he actually does a pretty darn good job on noses as well. I would say his nose results are just as consistent as his foreheads, although the changes aren't super radical. So if you need something extremely aggressive for the nose I think there are better options but I think most people would be satisfied with the more conservative and natural look that Dr. D's patients tend to have.
