Well I wouldn't actually kill him lol, and obviously he has paid for his crime. He's not one of my favourite people though. I don't understand how anyone could hurt an animal and I do have to question what that says about their mental wellbeing.

True. Altho people grow up in that kind of culture. Its really a miracle animal fighting isnt bigger around the world what with videogames movies and tv portraying it in a "good" light.

Stupid whiny housewife rant here:

Today I tossed out all the expired foods in my fridge and pantry.  Wow... I mean I probably just tossed fifty bucks out the window.  I need to be way more careful about buying things I'd "probably want to eat someday soon" and unhealthy stuff in general. There were boxes that were 3 years old, cans that expired two years ago and jars of "what was I even thinking that day?" 

Never again will I succumb to that "grocery store impulse buy" urge.  If it's not on the list, it's not going in the cart.  I will make a habit of shopping just after I ate something, as I think blood sugar levels affect this.

One of the reasons I spent all that time, effort and money remodeling my kitchen is so I could learn to be a better cook.  I want to buy raw ingredients now and just roll my own.  A lot of those prefabricated sauces, soups and rubs are completely unnecessary to me anyway.  I can probably make ones that are not only better, but far better for you.

I feel better now for venting that.

The fact of the matter is, unopened canned, jarred, and dried fruits, vegetables, and pastas will keep almost forever.  This is especially true of acidic foods.

"Expiration" and "Best By" usually have more to do with the taste than with spoilage.

I know that is true in most cases, but I opened up a few of these cans and let me tell you...they did not smell even close to what they should have. The chicken soup smelled vile and the tomatoes turned black lol.

Animal cruelty is very upsetting for me, dog fighting, cock (Rooster) fighting and even humans pitted against each other for the sake of gambling

I think it is an on going issue that not only needs to be addressed in my own country but also world wide as well, and yes it does take place world wide

I woke up and got a video recommendation on YouTube...it was a documentary on trans kids. There was a younger trans girl and she was talking to Barbara Walters about her pet snake. The Barbara asked about school and stuff (basically getting on the topic of gender) and at one point, the little girl just went completely silent and began to cry.

It broke my heart. I've been there, just at the edge of puberty and dealing with trans issues. I took my shower and cried a little. If only others coudl realize that this is so rarely just a case of "fun self-expression" and it's something people deal with on a lifelong basis.

Yeah, I remember seeing that when it was originally broadcast. It was an episode of 20/20. I watched it over at my mom's house by myself since I couldn't get ABC. That scene tore me up too. I watched that and remembered how I felt at that age and also how I was feeling at the current point in time (2007, I think) and they were pretty much the same.

I still do everything on my old clothes at home. No bra, tight boxers to avoid getting the monster move, and anything clean. Where, I'd love to get a pair of yoga pants, but who cares...for the same reason I don't shave if I am not going out that day.

Sadly, If I end sharing a flat I will need to dress a bit better, and even stay at home with a bit of make up to cover the beard... I don't like being presenting male... In front of others,

If I could, I'd do all of my chores naked, but the dick is a cpgrim reminder. So it always needs to be covered. Things are gonna change after SRS, that's for sure,

Legally I can't stay in the women's dorm, and the very limited amount of gender neutral rooms are all full. And dad won't let me move off campus.
