So this might be out of place, and it's been a while since i've been on here, but there was once a reference i read on this site to a surgeon somewhere middle east ish who could use the penal flap in order to form a vagina that could become wet when aroused. I had made a reference to my having seen that somewhere on here, and now i have to know what the name of that person was, if anyone knows who i'm talking about...
