garter belt or pantyhose

I like the feel of sheer pantyhose but they fall down on me walking around. Garter belts are easier to deal with.

It really depends on what im wearing, but i have generally found that garters and thigh highs are better with skirts where as i prefer pantyhose or tights with a dress.
