So my wife and I broke a long dry spell in the bedroom earlier this week. It was great and we both felt comfortable having sex since I started HRT.

After she comments that "it" was alot smaller than it used to be. It was now perfect as before I guess it was large enough that it hurt sometimes and she would be sore the next day.

Her big concern is will it get alot smaller. I told her I didn't know and to me the smaller the better. Obviously she doesn't agree with me on that.

She commented that based on our many years together, "it" is 1/3rd smaller.

How small might "it" get based on others experience out there?  I've been on AAs only for 8 months. She is afraid of what E will do to "it" when I start E in Jan.  Insight?

Use it or lose it as the saying goes. Wait, that is a saying right? lol

Basically you can maintain a full sized erection as long as you use it somewhat regularly or at least get it to it's full erectile state. I was never big, but from lack of use it's shrunk right back to 2/3rds of it's size.

Mine is about half the original size, after 20 months HRT. It still works (i.e., penetrates), just not as...firm...as before. imho, it's the firmness which pleases people interested in that sort of thing.

Everyone is different. Some want HRT for the internal (emotional) changes. Personally, I'm currently indifferent to it, but strongly leaning toward SRS.

A few decades ago mine was 8 1/2 inches when I was really excited.

Now it mostly stays hidden with only the glans protruding.   I've seen FTM's with more down there than I've got.

Under rare circumstances it can get semi-hard and more than 5 inches, but it doesn't stay that way long.

Can I satisfy my wife?  You betcha!  Tongue and fingers can work miracles when you know what you're doing.  After a few orgasms she will work on my choice of penis or breasts.  I usually like her to work on my breasts.  I can come, multiple times, from having my nipples sucked.
