When I google 46,XX this is what I get. (I do have ambiguous right now since 18yrs old, Pubis mons area but I'm I Intersex)

46, XX/XY is a rare chromosomal abnormality. It is a form of mosaicism where some cells in the body have XX and others XY chromosomes. Because females have XX chromosomes and males have XY chromosomes, it can cause intersex conditions.

How and what you were assigned at birth may not reflect the reality of the situation.

If you have reason to believe you have an intersex condition, you may wish to consult with a specialist.
