I do agree with the sentiment of circumventing realism (and the occasional overly high hopes for reality that go with it) by going with more creative or bombastic prosthetics or activities. I'm a lot more comfortable when I don't think about my penis. Then I can use whatever I've got and be more free about it. This is an ideal, though. No matter how fun I know it has been and can be, I sometimes get wrapped up in feeling wrong.
