Wow, I am not anxious about the surgery but just making sure I get everything packed etc although, except for passport, ID and money, (traveler's checks) everything else can be replaced, actually even the money can be replaced, or I could use my credit cards.

Be methodical, slow yourself down and you'll be fine, hon.

And don't drink the water from the onboard supply of the aircraft - bottled water only.
