If you're really concerned you can get it looked at by any competent doctor, but that early on everything is still healing and the dead skin is shedding, so some icky discharges and smells are normal.
Be careful with the "intimate washes," though; some use perfumes and dyes that can irritate delicate, healing tissues. I was told by Brassard to use nothing but unscented antibacterial soap to wash the outside, and not to wash inside with anything but the douches.
(The Betadine itself has a smell, btw. Harmless, but you may want to sniff it and see if you think it's contributing!)
