Hi, I'm Antagonist. I'm a 24 year old FTM who's pre-everything. My goal is to transition naturally for the most part and get top surgery when the opportunity arises. I call myself Antagonist because I'd rather keep my real name to myself for personal reasons and I haven't found a male name yet that I've settled on. Anyway, it's great to find an accepting place like this and I'm looking forward to meeting others in my situation with the ups and downs that are involved.

I am curious, What do you mean by "transition naturally for the most part"?

I'd like do a natural transition save for top surgery. I'd rather just use diet and exercise to increase testosterone rather than go for full HRT. If I don't get the results I want, I'll have to think about HRT.
