All too often internet FFS stories and 'results' and the MTF comments on that remind me of the fairytale 'the new clothes of the emporer'...whereas the emporer walks around naked but the MTF gets stuck with a FFS face for life.
FFS is not manmade beauty. Most of it is correctional. Changing male pattern bone structure to a more feminine bone structure does work to make a person look more feminine.
I think you are trying to say that FFS is all about "beauty". FFS is not necessarily about beauty, it is usually about making corrections as far as I understand it.
Most of the FFS surgeons will say "I can't make a person beautiful, but I can make them look more feminine from every angle". That is the ultimate goal in the end.
