Maybe it is the name, but you have a resemblance to Keira Knightley. You look night and day in that picture from how your were dressed at the meeting. I hope you attend every friday meeting going forward, i know I will be.

Has any one here done the New Directions social on the Sunday. I am curious how that event works and what to expect. I think there is one coming up shortly.

I would be up for that for sure. Your 05 R1 is a nice ride. I had a 01 R1 and had to give up biking for a few years when the kids came along. I loved my R1. When I decided to get a bike again I decided on a Duc I always wanted a V-Twin sport bike. I ended up getting a 07 1098 (Red) although I am strongly thinking about switching it to pink like the one in the picture which is a 1098R. That would be to much bike for this girl now . I think a chic on a pink bike would be cool the Hello Kitty would be a bonus. The DUC has allot of emotional spirit to it just like me now so it is a good match!

I am planning on attending the next Sunday at this point unless something unexpected comes up like the kids getting sick or something.

To me, the avatar seems more feminine.  Am I crazy?

no your not crazy, i raised my eyebrow in the avatar picture and due to the fuzziness its not noticeable, cannot wait for FFS, maybe i will have eyebrow arches like that in a rested state

i don't know if i will, from what they were saying about the group on sunday, it sounds like they go out in public and i don't know if im ready for a public scene as of yet, im really thinking about going femme to the next friday meeting but im not to sure if i want to be around any cisgender people as of yet, too much of a little scaredy kitty

I went to the Sunday social, my first attendance to the New Direction group. There group size was smaller maybe due to the cold. It was a great time with lots of good information exchanged and stories shared amoungst the individuals. Now that my feet are wet I plan on attending many more meetings and socials. There is something comforting about being amoungst people who share similar paths, challenges and rewards. Why I waited so long is a mystery, however the wait is over now. Full steam ahead!

Thats what they said, one meeting had 3 rows of seating or something like that which would be interesting for sure. I will definitely attend more meetings and I am looking forward to meeting you as well. I hope it is warmer for the next one though the walk was frigid ⛄️
