I will be starting hrt in the summer of this year and will it still be effective for me in my late 30's?

I started at age 51. I'm very happy with the results.

But it depends on what you're looking for, and everyone's experience is different.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

I started in my early 40's.  From what people have said, amazingly effective for me. YMMV.  Congrats and welcome to the club!

Hi Sabrina and welcome to Susan's. Many here are/were late to start, including me. HRT will still do its thing.

I wish i would of had the courage and understanding to have started in my 30's
believe me i have no regrets and now in mid 50's or maybe on the uphill side of that, am very pleased with how HRT has improved my life
and as a side bonus it is affecting my physical development also. (gigles a bit)
I hope if you decide to start that you may find all the pleasures life has to offer on this bumpy ride

welcome home
jerri
one day, one step, with grace it will be forward today

I started at 43 a year ago and have a 'B' cup thing going so far.  I mostly just love what HRT does for my mood.  Everything else is gravy.

I hope my body follows your lead  ;D I've been worried that starting HRT a month shy of turning 33 is going to mean that its going to take a looooong time for me to transition. Especially after looking at timelines of all the twenty-somethings on the internet. I regret not having the courage to transition then.

1976 baby here too.

Only like 2 1/2 months in. I promise the stuff works. The results can come slowly and I am waiting for many more things to happen, but never once have I felt like my age has slowed or reduced effects.

The only hurdle age has really caused is male pattern baldness. I do not expect that to fix itself completely.

Missadventure : I hope so too, and good luck! (I transitioned in 11 months, from  figuring it out to full-time. It was a roller-coaster ride, but worth it.)

I'll have just turned 40 by the time I start HRT next month, and I was worried a bit about this too. Nice to hear that I'll probably be just fine. :)
Trying to figure myself out, one day at a time, and hoping it's true that 40 is the new 20. ;)
