I need to loose weight, and I'm going to post something weekly in a long running thread. I'm doing this on my own, but if someone wants to join in by posting weights I welcome you. So every Friday morning a post will contain only the date, and two - three digit numbers. Nothing else. The numbers will be today's starting weight and that weeks ending weight. Gain or loss you'll see the results, and it's an easy post for you to ignore if your not into it.
I eat salads and vegetable soups about four days a week, and have smaller portions of fully rounded meals the other three days. No longer have cookies, cakes, sweet heavy bread, or donuts, and I don't desire them anymore, but I snack on chips and dip . I'm stuck on this plateau looking down at the body I want, and some motivation is needed. My downfall is stopping at Redhawk Casino every other week for the Dungeness Crab and Prime Rib buffet. Ohhhhh ... I'm going back to Michigan, and I'll miss it. Damn.
