Hi,I am Alexis and I live my life as female now.I have been living fulltime as a woman for 15 years now.I never felt right as male and knew I was this way since birth. It effected my family a lot,my parents felt hurt at first when I first came out and completely disowned me right away.I don't talk to or speak to them anymore, they don't want a thing to do with me.I am lucky to have my sister Liz in my life, she has been great to me.Good thing is she is trying get them to get us back into a family.I have had a few surgeries to look female,my face and body feminized including breast augmentation and trecheal shave.I have no intentions of going through the process of becoming a complete woman,I am completely happy living my life as female.I have a girlfriend,Jenna and we have been together for 3 years.

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

Hi Alexis, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 8992 members. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister.

Hi there Alexis,

From reading some of your posts, it really sounds like you're doing quite well with your life as a woman. I'm really sorry to hear that your parents disowned you becasue of your discison to transition.  But I know that it was for the best of you, as I too have decided. Sometimes we have to do things for our own better judgment.  :)

But anyhoo, welcome to our family here at Susan's. I'm sure that you'll fit right in and get lots of excellent information from lots of excellent people if needed.  :)
