Friday weight

During the past 4 days, I burned a total of 2428 cal = 0.6 kg = 1.4 lbs. My goal is a decrease of 2 kg = 4.4 lbs.

Back walking 4 miles/day (without weights) since 2/Jan, after my biopsy on 25/Nov.

I noticed yesterday that a sweater I bought in October, which fit perfectly on my shoulders then, is now obviously about a full inch too wide at each shoulder.  It looks like some of the recent weight loss is upper body muscle loss.  Time to get out the wrist weights (my upper body strength has never been high - I still need to be able to life & carry servers).

Officially starting my diet/exercise.. it's hard since I sit all day at work. I'll get it though.
I was 265 last I weighed myself about a month ago... I have been easting less since coming out 10 days ago.

Thanks, yeah I put on all this weight over the last two years I was a computer technician on the road and I never had time to eat so I would always stop for fast food.... a lot of fast food.

I think it will slow down now, or at least that is what I have heard :(

my goal before starting HRT is 80-85kg (186-176lbs range) then I will start and with muscle loss and ongoing diet/exercise I should get down to 76-75kg (163-165lbs). After that who knows what will happen. But I do not aim to be a stick figure as women have meat on their hips/butt and I expect to gain/drop over the next year to find a good spot for my size.
