In sum: Human Beings are hunters and meat eaters by nature (our eyes are forward like a cat or a wolf). This means that red meat, eggs (raw or near raw), butter, raw milk, high-quality coffee, veggies, fresh in-season fruit and clean water are on the menu. Sugar, sugary snacks and drinks, alcohol of any kind, juicing, retail milk, ALL GRAIN and THINGS MADE FROM GRAIN and anything wrapped in a retail package are off the menu. Beware GMOs .. don't eat them. Search "Diabetes Warrior" and follow his advice. If you're eating chocolate and pizza you are most likely pre-diabetic if not a full blown-out diabetic.
Google how wrestlers cut weight. Wrestlers who stay on natural (read protein) diets have little trouble maintaining and dropping weight. Sandwich and spaghetti eating athletes are always worried about weight.
Cut your portions down, eat a small piece of steak with veggies daily. If you get hungry drink water first. Sometimes you're not really hungry, just thirsty. One small meal a day. Snack on fresh fruit in the morning. Crack a fresh, free range, egg and eat the yoke for fats and B-12 when you get hungry.
