February 13th  97kg (212lbs) was 96.7kgs yesterday so I rounded it up!

Started  doing 15km (9.4miles) each morning on my bike for four days now. I do it in under 40mins with 1/3 of steady inclines (about 5kms uphills). A lot of trucks on the road so its scary ... lol. Also changed more of my diet four days ago to replace other stuff such as chocolate, red meat and coffee:

•   bananas x2
•    black plumbs x2
•    pear x1
•    unsalted nuts -very small handful-
•   1- 2 litres of water
•   Bowl of green salad (kale?) beetroot, cherry tomato, black zebra tomato, pear tomatoes. (added 10-15g of low fat cheddar every second day to it now for extra flavour) This has no dressing ever.
***aiming to eat under 5-6000kj per day on average, as I got told I need 8000-9000 to maintain weight, so I guess dropping a bit will aid more weight loss***
I will stick to this 5-6 days, then add meat one day, and whatever I desire on that one day. Fingers crossed I see more weight loss as I never did correctly exercise until now as I need to drop 5-7kg to make it easier to ride the bike. I just hope adding the bike riding five days a week will have an impact.

Today I measured and found that it increased to 28 inch again, and my goal is 26 inch. I am going out for running, as the rain stopped.

you must have big hands then....cause it sure don't look like a 28....I have a about a 27 and my waist looks bigger than yours!! You look fine!! but I understand wanting to be a certain size or weight....I just went up 3-4 pounds in the last few weeks...I have no idea why, well maybe because I'm just a lazy ass this winter!! Gawd I miss my bike riding!!!

About 10 years ago, my waist was 25.5 inch, but has increased steadily. My goal is now 26 inch.

Yes. Exercise is probably the only way of maintaining or decreasing body weight and girth.
Nowadays, I run about 10 km (6 mile), which actually can help decrease my body weight.
But the weather here is like monsoon. I can not run everyday.

Yes. I know that most women envy my body shape, but I have my own goal (26 inch). Most super models at my height have a 26 inch waist, and I want to look like a young lady, not aged women or men. Of course, I know it is just vanity.

Adding my entry early this week.  Im at 190 (on the dot) now from 194! Woo I'm about to break back down into my high school days weight  :laugh: , just thirty more pounds do go... lol

Everybody tells me I'm too skinny but they don't understand I'm at a healthy weight for my bone structure. BMI charts only have 3 sizes small medium and large when it comes to frame or build, etc. Until they have an xx-small I go by where I feel the best. Barbie I understand your frustration. After all, ya can't run in a monsoon girl!, lol! :D

I had about 5 warmer days and now it's turned cold again keeping me inside. This has been the coldest winter in Florida I can remember in a long time. Best of luck reaching your waist size. Mine fluctuates around 26-27 but I'm only 5 ft. 5 in. tall. ;)

I made an effort this week and I'm glad to see it has paid off a bit. I'm hoping to get back under 83 by next Friday.

I have no trend.  Maybe only a 10 pound drop in the last 5 months and then it stopped right around 200.  My body fat has migrated to my stomach and it's ugly, especially since I can see how I want to look.   OK ... next week will be a big improvement.  How many times have I said that?
