2/28/14 - 230lbs :) :) :)

First Weight Loss Goal: 200lbs

We'll see how far my new vegan diet and light daily cardio get me!  I'm so determined this time around.  I actually look forward to getting on that exercise bike every day.  And enjoying eating so many fruits and veggies...mmmmmm....I never would have I thought I would ever type those words. :O

I see that you don't post a whole lot, but I hope you keep posting here every Friday.  It's only been a year and half so loosing the weight shouldn't be incredibly difficult.  You've got a pretty face and I see that you've just recently restarted HRT, so knocking off the extra pounds are going to do you wonders.  I'm a bit jealous. :)

Shwheewww!! this morning (3/01/2014) 119. This just goes to show how one's weight can fluctuate one to three pounds (depending on the individual) from day to day, and why you should always weigh yourself in the morning.  :) :) ;)

Posting a little early again since I found the thread while looking for something else:

2/22 133 lbs.
2/27 131 lbs.
3/6   129 lbs.

So yeah, losing 2 lbs. a week ain't so bad. I used to be a dancer and not the anorexic kind, more the kind who can eat whatever she wanted and dance it out. This is the first time I've ever tried to control my food intake. Not really on a specific diet but just noticing when I'm actually full and not eating when I am seems to be working well. That and avoiding refined sugar.

I had dinner with my ex last night and he commented that my waist is thinner when he hugged me! That's a good weight loss confirmation right there. ;)

EDIT: I'm 5'5", 5'6" on a good day! :)

Small amounts of meat and highly vegetarian helped, but Steak and Burritos on Wednesday did me in.  At least this is going back in the right direction.

I'm 5'8" and down to 138lbs again after eating poorly and hitting a plateau for the past few months. I've been drinking "bulletproof coffee" (Google it), snacking on raw peanuts I roasted myself, and lean fish/chicken/turkey for dinner. I've lost a pound a day for 4 straight days doing this, and I feel better than I've felt in a long time.  ;D

Yep.  I went and found some of that weight I lost last week, but fortunately only half of it.  Pneumonia doesn't give very long-lasting weight loss ...

The ice has finally thawed.  Time to get out the leg weights & go burn some fat.  I would love to be able to get my weekly average below 171lbs by next Friday.

Oh my gosh it's Friday again. Well, I've been sick with the worse cold and sore throat I've had in years so naturally eating was not a priority.

HAHA! Thanks Kathy as I did not realize till I saw your encouragement, I am down 100 pounds!

I do have 104.1 to go, as my goal is 155 before I start HRT, but seeing your reply is a boost!

Forgot to post on Friday so here goes
5-7 ish .. I thought I was over 5-7 but measured the other day 5-6 1/2.. kinda weird.
Started about October at 240lbs
Friday weight 189lbs.
I can finally wear a size large shirt except the only thing not getting small is my chest :)
I have upped my cardiovascular workouts to about 2 hours a day but not all at once.
No weight lifting at all.
My shoulders are basically gone and my arms are small so all going the right direction I think?
