Down to 140, at 5'7". I wanted to be 135, but honestly, this is good enough, basically my goals are complete. Love my figure. Only order of business now is to make sure it doesn't go back on me.

Ha. Even that won't stop me.

So you're staying with us on Fridays?  :-)

Yup! My reallistic goal weight is around 130lbs, but I'd gladly settle for 135. I haven't hit 130 since maybe 2007. I've tried fad diets like the "lemon detox" where I only made it 4 days and only lost 1/2 pound. I'm also trying to cut red meat and pork out all together also.

When he was ready he showed it to his friends and they said he had created a great statue. And the sculptor said he hadn't created anything, the statue was always there, he just cleared away the small peices." Rambo III

Busy weekend so posting now... I'm 5'6"

2/22 133 lbs.
2/27 131 lbs.
3/6   129 lbs.
3/13 125 lbs.

Okay, that was a big drop this week. I don't think I'm being unhealthy, just being good about portions and walking to or from work (about an hour of walking a day). No refined sugar (well, except for one cookie this week) and staying away from processed foods in general.

I used to dance semi-profesionally and back then I weighed 115 lbs. but had a lot more muscle. It's kind of funny to be getting more of a waify look.

I've reached my original goal weight but am thinking maybe I can get down to my old form. I was at 140 two months ago so I've now gone down from a size 6 to a size 2-4. I used to be a size 0-2 so it would be kind of fascinating to be the same weight I was 15 years ago.

Congratulations !    :)

I know what you mean about that feeling of fascination:  I was able to comfortably fit into a pair of linen pants for a job interview that yesterday which were sufficiently tight to require a visit to the ER afterwards the last time I wore them, back in 2001.  (Sometimes, although not often, being a packrat is useful ... I don't need to buy a new wardrobe after shedding 60lbs off my 2010 weight, 30 of that last year.)

That said, my food input & output have not been good this week.  I am not looking forward to Friday ...   :embarrassed:

Thanks! And woah, the ER. Hope things turned out ok. And don't worry, there's always next week. I'm going out on a ton of dates this weekend and kinda worried about restaurant portions... we'll see.

I'll weigh myself in the morning. However I've been sick (flu) and as a result have been eating less all week so I expect a drop of a pound or two. Another thing that leads me to believe this is my clothes are noticeably looser on me.

Yep, after much pain & some anti-biotics.  There's not much 'give' in linen, especially when tender body parts are unduly strangled.  The doctor decided she needed to take a look "from the inside"; with a camera; through the nearest available orifice; without an anaesthetic.  Yes, I did scream.  And then she said "everything's fine", gave me a script for some anti-biotics, & sent me on my way.
