Kinda surprised I still keep losing weight as I've been dating and eating a lot, though I guess it's spring and walking at least an hour a day makes a difference. I'm enjoying being thinner though I'm going to have to get new work pants soon... I threw out my size 0/2's a couple of years ago and now I realize I shouldn't have.... oh well.

First week of work was not kind to my waistline  :(    I averaged 174lbs (79.1kg) for Wed & Thu.

My shift changes from 1st to 3rd during this coming week, plus there will be much driving involved.  I suspect that the absence of a work cafeteria may help my waistline a little.

A good week though, otherwise.  I managed to negotiate a confrontation over money without causing lots of antagonism.  That was a big first for me.  I ended up with a new contract paying much better expenses, and with a 6.6% increase in my rate of pay.  Much better than I had hoped for - sometimes silence can be more powerful than words.  The new ADD meds seem to be working, but much credit also has to go to how much the HRT has calmed me down & improved my thinking processes  (eg: E has reduced my OCD, and depression is still awol since my 5th day of P ;D ).

Okay, a better week and I got my first yoga class in since my broken rib as well as a therapy session which was my first since starting my new job and having to switch to night appointments. So I rebounded ok, and it looks like a great week compared to last, but as far as my trend it shows the rib was a definite set back. Also, I have already tripped up today eating chocolate covered almonds withOUT control... UGH! None the less, the weather is improving, my rib is, and I think I will be rocking and rolling again the rest of this week. I would really like to find a strong push to 205 and leave the morbidly obese range by the end of May. Aggressive as it is, it is my goal and I've been making them aggressive by design as I found that it works better. I do not always make the goals, but they are more fruitful than when I try to make less aggressive ones that I succeed at but seem to settle on reaching rather than exceeding. So wish me luck. YES, it may seem unhealthy amounts of weight loss, but keep in mind, it is to exit the perhaps more unhealthy morbidly obese range. So there is an offset in the unhealthy ramifications of quick weight loss that may actually make the aggressive weight loss an actually better choice. Ok, now I am just rambled, which is time better spent cleaning the house or exercising!  :D Everyone be GREAT and SUCCESSFUL! (Remember: success is not always achieving a goal, sometimes it is just avoiding too big of a slid when things are not ideal, like a rib injury.)

My weight fared much better during my second week of work, which included 2 overnight shifts.

This next week might be interesting:  Flying to Iowa to work there.  Eating out is generally a good way to gain weight   :(    I also may not be able to go for an hour's walk every day.  Sharing a room with one of my colleagues after 10 productive months of HRT it also going to be interesting.  I am guessing it will mean sleeping in T-shirts & getting dressed in the bathroom.  The missus tells me that the "I lost lots of weight, but some stayed" line has zero chance of working on anyone who sees me topless.
