Nice to see some new adds to the thread! Glad to see the positive movements for so many. JaneNicole is kicking butt! Kyra you are a total inspiration for me. Those of you having a rough go of it gaining weight, I never have known that problem but you have my support! Now on to my rant for the week...
Missed my goal for the week, and realized I started to set weekly goals which in the beginning I told myself to AVOID!!! So I am scrapping weekly goals and getting back to just focusing on healthier living first and foremost, which I have been really successful at. Even when the weight loss is minimal, I have done well and really noticed the loss slowed when I began to focus too much on weekly goals (I will still weigh in weekly, always have, but not focus on a number.) I have noticed greatly improved flexibility, and now seeing some strength gains even though I am not trying for any (unlike when I used to lift back in the day) and suspect that is making the weight loss slow some but for the right reasons. Also, I may be a tad too restrictive on calories and that comes from the weekly goal thing. MY BIGGEST OBSTACLE IS MY SLEEP, and I just noticed that this week too, so I am going to have to let things slip for sleep. I need to make a better effort to get eight hours of sleep rather than five. Also, getting to bed closer to nine rather than midnight. All in all glad I lost almost a pound.

360+ at my highest weight when I found out I was type II. Went to 340 from ketosis, then with off and on half-hearted efforts over ~6 years to get to 300 on 1/21/2014. That is when I came out to myself and started to care about living again and things became absurdly easier. My daughter attributes it to living honestly, which makes life easier in the ways that matter most.
