Friday weight

If you are eating enough to get your nutrition and not purging I would say you are doing just fine unless you are not feeling well or getting light headed or winded at times. If you are, get in to see a doctor just to make sure you have a clean bill of health. The flu can do that, even simple dehydration. If you keep losing weight at that pace for another week or two and are not training hardcore, then you may want to get in then too. Otherwise, I think you are good to go and at a weight to height ratio many of us are aiming for.

146 lbs atleast I'm maintaining, not too bad since haven't been able to exercise since sept 1st highlight though I started physical therapy today......yay!!!!!

That is when I came out to myself and started to care about living again and things became absurdly easier. My daughter attributes it to living honestly, which makes life easier in the ways that matter most.

I find it helpful to know I'm going to be putting the weight in the forum each Friday.  Somehow that helps me push away evil foods easier in addition motivating me to go to the gym.

2012 - hit my highest weight ever at 242 lbs, then came self-acceptance and a desire to express my femininity.  Started counting calories, eatin clean and working out six days a week.

2013 down to 190

2014 down to 183, then started HRT 2 months ago

10/20/2014 back up to 199.  I need to start eating right and exercising more!

I was sulking because earlier in the week I weighed myself and hadn't lost anything.  Then later that day I realized I needed a new belt because I was on the last rung and had a half-inch of space and they weren't keeping my pants where I wanted them.  So I was losing inches and not weight and I could deal with that for a week.  Then I hopped on this morning and there it was, another 1.4 pounds down.  Very happy dieter right now.

What's life if you don't take the time to enjoy it too, so I am glad you had fun with good friends KathyK! Ashleyfivekay you are doing marvelous, and inches, pounds, kilograms, and  millimeters seem to keep steadily peeling off. You will get there, as will I. My plateau weight loss wise is in weight alone as I too have lost a belt loop and folks are commenting again recently on my new weight loss which cracks me up. As weight wise, I have not really lost anything in nearly two months (really doubt I will get to 216.1 by Wednesday hehe) but I have tightened to the next belt notch and my bike times have improved steadily and I am lifting more (even as I try not to lift more lol, a weird catch 22 as I have to increase a little when it gets too easy, as my workouts were getting too easy and not taxing me enough.) All good things that we need to keep in mind when we go through these phases where the weight just seems to have parked itself on our asses and in our love handles!!!

Yes. Keep going on! But loosing too fast can be harmful to your health. Gradual weight loss would be better, IMHO.

Very true.  I've cut back and do some exercise but need to do more of both I think.  A year ago I was 195 lbs but still, I should do better as it's been several weeks at the same mark.

Happy Halloween everyone! 

I'm down 15.6 pounds since I restarted my diet and I'm sitting at just under 60 lbs under my highest weight.  I'm within 18 lbs of my lowest weight.  Hoping to get below that and below 300 by February.
