137.6 this morning so I'm holding steady. The past three weeks I've added running/walking on a 2-10% incline with a 40lb pack twice a week to my exercise routine. Trying to get in shape for snowmobile season and then hopefully maintain my edge to carry over into next hunting season.

Excuses, excuses, excuses, as I was at a winter holiday dinner with a big group of co-workers, just last evening. Not to mention the goodies already are showing up at work for the festive season and I may or may have nibbled on some of the molasses cookies, and coconut drops dipped in chocolate. I meant to say I may or may have... May or may... OKAY I DID fail to avoid them. It could be a rough month as I still have a few more gatherings, one biggie in Chicago when I go visit my daughter and her husband. All in all if I can get out of the month at anything in the two hundred and some teen, I will consider it ok. Also, exercise has been slow, as I nurse a messed up knee. I still walk on it, sore as it is after, but have forgone lower body resistance exercises, stretches, and stationary bike as it had worsened. It seems to have improved a bit today, but that may have just been the ice cream. Did I just say ice cream?

360+  at my highest weight when I found out I was type II. Went to 340 from ketosis, then with off and on half-hearted efforts over ~6 years to get to 300 on 1/21/2014. That is when I came out to myself and started to care about living again and things became absurdly easier. My daughter attributes it to living honestly, which makes life easier in the ways that matter most.

Sometimes I hate that this is a Friday weight post cause this was like the third time I woke up on Saturday and for whatever random reason I was 2 pounds lighter I was 221 today when I got up. It'll go up and down some through out the week though.

Still dropping, and I really did not hit the gym this week and I actually ate more than I usually do. This is odd. Muscle loss from HRT maybe? Since I (re)started HRT my appetite increased.

 I've got no excuse.  Been working hard the last week and I drop to around 212 during the day, but them I eat dinner around 8pm and my wake-up weight is always high.  Cutting orange juice and fresh fruit (except maybe an apple at night).

I stayed the same this week. 12/12 I was 161lbs, and 12/19 was 161lbs. I'm giving up fountain pop after the holidays and that should help, plus I really need to find time to start working out again.

Eek! And I am just heading into the bad week of the month. I did not do any exercise due to the knee besides my lunch walks at work and then finally an upper body work out Wednesday and a minor stationary bike ride last night. Considering my festive eating, I still did far better than decades past, a minor positive but it obviously can be improved on. I have little to no wiggle room with my expectation to keep things below 219.9 for the end of the month.

Didn't go to any big Christmas, just my "wife" and son at home all day with any big meals.

So I am now reliably dropping a pound a week, or my scale is broken.

It's really weird because with HRT my appetite has skyrocketed and for Christmas I ate a ton of food. Yet I'm not gaining weight, I'm losing it. It could be muscle loss as well because sometimes I hurt like I just finished some intense weight training at the gym.
