Preface to myself:
I need to lose at least 40 lbs, preferable 60, for my own desired body image and for the upcoming SRS. (Sometime in late 2015)
My goal is to do this in 6 months (16 June 2015) by reducing calories, portion control, and walking (with some light running as play, not a pursuit). Ideally, I'd like to walk 3 miles a day (which is about an hour's worth) in addition to cutting out nearly all sodas (except 1/week).
For now, I will use
