2012-13 (heaviest): ~205 lb maybe, don't remember exactly
01/16/2015: 198 lb
01/23/2015: 197.3 lb
01/30/2015: 193.2 lb
02/06/2015: 192.5 lb on the old machine (where I weighed myself the last few weeks) and 195.3 lb on a new one.
02/13/2015: 192.5 lb on the new machine.
02/20/2015: 191 lb
02/28/2015 (Saturday morning instead of usual Friday evening): 190.8 lb
03/06/2015: 190.5 lb
03/13/2015: 194 lb
03/20/2015: 190.5 lb
03/27/2015: 193.1 lb

Finally off the 231 plateau that was home for almost 3 weeks and dropped to 226.5 - Now the good news is better weather is finally coming - Great outdoors here I come!!

3/27/15 160.5 -wheeeee! I weighed 163 at my doctors office on Monday. My A1C is down to a non diabetic person now too.

Very awesome!!! I know the feeling on the A1C, and my microalbumin test showed my kidneys healed up. I sure wish I weighed what you do, but I have a longggggggg ways to go there. Cookie baking does NOT help, LOL!!!

Not for nothing transition has kicked me into gear about my health. I have a GREAT medical team at Beth Israel in NYC who not only do my HRT but also my primary care. They are awesome and the nurse practitioner who sees me is an absolutely wonderful caring and compassionate woman.

I diet and exercise and take care of myself because I absolutely love being a strong healthy beautiful woman.

And I want to stay healthy for my upcoming voice surgery and SRS down the line.

i havent kept as good of track of my weight as you girls but

aug/sept 2014 - 240lbs
Jan 2015 - 200lbs
Feb 2015 - 205lbs (after 2 week vacation to florida only 5 lbs aint bad)
April 2015 (today) - 195lbs

my goal is for about 170lbs but as of right now im pretty happy and i have done most of this with eating healthy but i have been stuck here for a bit so i think with spring coming it may be time to clean off the old bike and finally hit that goal

Missed last Friday due to travel. Things had been holding steady for a few weeks, then jumped up because I took a road trip to get my facial electrolysis, which was accompanied by spending a couple days holed up in a hotel room with ice on my face and nothing to do but snack. Between that and fast food (and a very welcome stop in St Louis for bbq), the semi-diet kinda got blown wide open. It looks like thiings are finding their way back, I suspect a lot of the weight was just water from the big salt increase. Back to the exercise bike again this week, finally.
