Like Barbie, I run a lot. My normal routine is 5 days/week @ 5 mi/day, 1 day of walking (5-10mi), and 1 day of rest. Sometimes I run more and sometimes my body gets burned out so I'll take a week long rest with just a few walks that week. I eat what I want within reason and try to stay around 1500-1700 calories/day with around 50g of protein per day. Up until recently, I was losing about 10 lbs. a month, but now that I'm close to my target weight I'm slowing down my weight loss to a pound every 1-2 weeks.
I still have way more muscle than I'd like so I'm keeping my final weight goals flexible. For now, I'd just like to get down to a body fat percentage that looks good with my current muscle mass.
