Hello everyone! My name is Olivia, I'm 23, I'm kinda new here (long time reader, first time poster), and I just came out to my mom and dad

I honestly never thought this day would come. I figured I'd be dead before anyone knew. Yet here I am, baffled and shocked at what I just managed to do. I haven't told anyone else yet, not my siblings or friends. I'm pretty sure most of my friends will leave me (I've done a pretty good job playing the boy role, although I'm 100% sure there've been times when they must have wondered), but I think my siblings will understand given time. My parents both say they're behind me 100%. They both confronted me today and said they've been worried about me. I have a long history of depression, some drug use, etc. They've always known I've been different. So to hell with it all, I told them.

I'm happy I told them, that they finally know...

I *cannot* wait to find a therapist and start hormones. I kind of feel like I just set a bomb off in my life. I'm extremely excited to see what rises out of the dust. I'm going to tell my sister next.

;D ;D ;D
