I wear eyeglasses. one of those odd little things I've been thinking about is will female glasses fit me or will I have to continue to buy male glasses? It's not that big of a deal. There are some nice male glasses, but there are some even nicer female ones. Just a random question. thx

I do OK with most women's styles LJP, and I do have a large head in many ways (hat size, for one).  Women's styles come in a range of target size ranges, some small, some medium to large.  Also, there are some styles that are unisex (for want of a better term), they tend to fit both sexes equally.

You might want to check out www.zennioptical.com. They have fantastic low prices, I bought several pairs over the summer.  I am completely happy with their products.  I bought some that were clearly fem, some that were unisex.  I wear the unisex styles even in guy mode on some days. You will need to know your own prescription to order from them.

I'll add another endorsement for zenni optical.  The prices are low enough that it's possible to get different glasses for different looks.  I have 3 different optical prescriptions that I use, so it's nice to be able to get 3 pairs of glasses for under $100.

I have an extremely wide dome. I tried a bunch of the wide offerings from Warby Parker and Rivet and Sway. Most didn't work for me, still too tight or disproportionate. I did end up getting these from R & S. They're a little tight, but look ok (I'm wearing them in my profile pic).
This week I tried these on . Ooooh, they fit sooo goood (like they're actually wide enough), and looked good, so I will def be getting them. I would recommend Biggu.

Thx Ande . I will check those out. I've allways had a hard time finding glasses that didn't fit tight. So I assumed female frames would be out of the question. I'm glad I was wrong. Btw those glasses look great on you.
