I went out dressed for the first time with my girlfriend and her friend(their idea, she never knew about the real me).We bumped into Steve and Roy a couple of bikers I rode with and they had their picture took with me.Steve's girlfriend Sue didn't like him hanging out with Roy she thought he was a bad influence on him and went mad when she found the photo accusing him of seeing a girl behind her back.Sue asked me if that was me in the photo and took some convincing it was.

hahah thats hilarious, i bet the whole time you were ecstatically grinning as wide as you could inside lol, that feeling of "wow im being seen the way i want to be"

My mom took in a Burmese family in her rental house next door.  When I still lived with her, I would hang out with the kids and drive them places and you know, all the stuff a big brother would do.  Anyway, I moved out and started to transition, so I barely see them anymore.  So two years later on Christmas at my mom's house (yesterday), I'm technically in girl mode, but I have a fairly baggy pink sweater on that still shows my boobs.  The kids (teenagers) come walking in, and one of them is like 'woah..' and says 'are these real?' and immediately comes over and GRABS MY BOOB! XD After I swatted his hand away laughing and left, my mom asked him 'do you always walk up and grab a girl's chest?'

more of a smh moment

Oh gosh, I needed this thread today! Thank you all for making me laugh and grin!

Kia and Jenny, I could definitely see you two, and you'd be such an adorable couple! :)

Before in my teens I would cross dress and my cousin caught me once in a night club, and 3 others cousins 1 on the streets and 2 in a restaurant. I had to hide literally like Mrs Doubt Fire. So effing embarassing...

I often use to buy ice cream with a vendor. I came back again as female after 2 years & same vendor told me. There's a guy who resembles me, I said 'oh yes, it's my brother, he went abroad now'  >:-)

A couple of weeks ago I stopped at the shell and got a 6 pack of beer and I handed the guy my ID which still has my male name and picture, he looked at it and said... "is this you?" and i could tell he was thinking "This isn't you". I said "Uh, yea, of course it is."  Then i had to talk to him in my guy voice to get my drinks, there were people in line behind me. A year ago I would have been terrified, but all I got was mad that time. I guess its my own fault. I hate legallities, i gotta get my documents fixed.

Yikes... yeah. This keeps happening to me, too. I am waiting until July though to change my paperwork because in Cali they just made it a lot easier... but the law doesn't go into effect until July :P

You need or want a room mate? I like Cali. I miss the weather. TN laws regarding transition suck. They will not change the gender on a birth certificate, the only option is to get a passport to override them.

Another problem is...if anyone has seen me in boy mode...they insist on calling me him, and he, and my boy name instead of she, her and my girl name. When I'm obviously a girl. I dont really have any nervousness about it, but everyone else has a problem with recognizing me as female if they have ever met the guy part of me, and he is hardly ever around. The real trick is next wednesday, my wife and I are supposed to start going back to church and I already told her and meant it, that I was never coming out of girl mode again, i told her before we got married. And I've not been at church in girl mode yet, haven't been to church with her in months, even though everyone knows I was trying to transition, no one has met the real me. So i'm kinda afraid they'll try to cast out my "gay demon" or something, but whatever. I just wish i would never have went in boy mode, or even let her meet the guy part of me.
