Emisil worth the price?

Hey all, want some personal opinions from you.

I've been using a Mr. Limpy STP/packer for the last couple of years and I'm starting to think it may be time to graduate on to higher quality packers. I've been bouncing back and forth between the RM and the Emisil packers, and it's still a toss up. Emisil ships quick, looks decent, seems to adhere pretty well, and they're about half the price. RM is (from what I've heard) hands down better as far as skin texture and whatnot goes, has a warranty, is said to have minor adhesive issues, and takes forever and a day to arrive. Emisil lacks a little bit in the paint job department, while RM knocks it out of the park. Too many factors that are swaying me both ways and I'm not sure which seems more worth it.

In your opinion if you've seen the two, is the Emisil worth the price or is it more worth it to go for a RM and spend the extra $100? I figure if I'm going to spend upwards of $600 I should probably know what I'm getting myself into buying. I've seen the RM video review and it looked great, but I could only find one Emisil review and it was a flaccid packer that seemed kinda rigid.

Are you looking at the soft or hard packers? Either way they are well worth the price. The soft packers are only about $1-200 and the hard packers are only about $3-400 (from emisil) so their quite a bit cheaper than RM. I personally love my emisil packers and ive had both a soft and hard.

I would like to know if the emisil stays in place if glued on like the Reel magik? It seems like it has a thicker backing which would make it a bit heavier.  I know i could use a strap but that seems to defeat my purpose of realism. I would prefer to have it glued on and stay in place during sex.  Not sure anyone has responded to that question.  I would buy the emisil if I knew that I did not have to wear a strap to hold it in place, its a great price and it looks pretty good.

The flaccid models do work with glue, but the erect models dont seem to. The erection is much more realistic and does NOT click where as the reelmagik ones do. And ive heard mixed reviews on whether the reelmagik erect models actually stick with glue. The only erect prosthetics ive heard that actually do stick are TSW (not the prettiest, but very low cost and durable), and Lolajake (way overpriced normally but if you catch them on a sale its not half bad)

Would there be any way to use a flaccid emisil model for (vaginal) penetration? If I was spending that much for a realistic penis I'd want something which I can adhere, and as a guy from the UK where circumcision is rare a circumcised penis just wouldn't feel like mine. I'd rather have the weirdness of using a flaccid prosthetic with the foreskin not retracted for sex if there was a way than have a cut erect one that can't be adhered all day, or have to take the time to unstick it and swap everytime I want sex.

No, its not hard enough, or long enough, by any means to be used for penetration of any form. You could use it for oral, but thats about it. i would hold off for a little while as they do have plans to make an uncut erect model. But its probably going to be quite some time before someone makes an erect, uncut, model that will be light enough/have the right type of tab to stick to your body long term. Lolajake is the only model i know of that sticks no matter what (their pretty heavy but they have a really awesome tab). Something you may want to look into is purchasing a tape kit from Lolajake and see if you can attach it to an emisil. Ive heard of people trying this before but i dont know how any of the results turned out. It seems like it would work perfectly fine. Those tape kits work wonders on lolajakes so if they work on emisil i think it would make for a great solution!

Also, just putting this out there, if anyone is interested in making their own prosthetics (of any type) but arent sure about if theyll have a market. PLEASE message me. I can provide a market for them to be sold on and would love to help in anyway that i can!

I have both emisil and RM. Although the Emisil has a much better erection and doesn't click, I haven't even worn it for sex and the back of the balls is peeling away. Equally (it's an erect model) it doesn't adhere atall. I've heard the flaccid ones do but to me the main use is for sex. The RM however, despite it's small cons like the clicking and slightly strange erection angle, it glue's brilliantly. Not even with just RM extra adhesive, but also with Hollister. As long as you give the glue time to set before you put it on (about half an hour to an hour I find best) it sticks great and won't budge. Even the next morning I have difficulty getting it. So yeh, I'd say the RM is much more durable and far superior for adhesion and sex. Anyone more questions feels free to ask or pm me as I might forget to re-check the thread.

Thats really weird that your emisil is peeling, i have used mine for sex many times and have done all sorts of stuff with it such as swim, and mine was still in near perfect condition material wise. The paint did start fading but i contacted emisil about it and they offered to replace the model for me. Maybe you could contact them about it and see if they can fix/replace your model?

Thats reassuring! Yeh I'm not sure what I did to it considering I've never even worn it :/ The back of the balls are just peeling away. But thanks, sounds like they have good customer service so I'll get in contact!

Peeling is a common quality problem with silicone. If it isn't really really clean between layers it peels. Why you could have it in one handmade prosthetic and not in another. I would contact them as I think they should know about it.

Just as an update, this is how my whole experience went.
First off i will state i did not buy my erect model from them, i bought it through someone else who had just purchased it but wasnt happy with the skin tone, so still brand new.
I had the product for about 2 weeks and then i noticed that the paint was fading away.
After another 2 weeks i decided to contact them and see if there was anything i could do about this. They quickly got back to me and said they would take it back and either repaint it or replace it.
Right before i shipped it out (literally as i was packing it) the spine dislocated, which sucked.

A little bit later i shipped it out and emailed them asking to keep an eye out, and to let me know when its there. International shipping can still get lost and i couldnt insure it because they asked for the customs to be very specific to avoid extra taxes and stuff. I kept an eye on the tracking, counting the days and stuff. I shipped it on november 5th, and the tracking lead to new york on november 8th, but then it just stopped. I kinda stopped paying attention for a little bit but when i looked again, the tracking never picked up again. This did get me worried. Then i noticed it had been 35 days since being shipped.

Now the guys at emisil warned me that it might take 14-30 days for it to get to them, so i wasnt really surprised at the length of time, but at the fact that the tracking never picked back up and i never heard from them. Then today i was just gettin ready to email them (being day 53) and ask what was up, the door bell rang!

My penis came home safe and sound! And it was good as new. Whole new paint job, that matched my skin tone better than the original one. Also, the rod was new as well, and they didnt even care that it had broke to begin with! it was an entirely new prosthetic for free! I didnt even have to pay for them to ship it to me.

Im pretty stoked to have it back, and i am extremely happy with these guys, i do plan on keeping up with them in the future.
