Until I began transition I never really knew how horrible the beauty industry is. I never realized how much women are really attacked and made to feel that they have to live up to some artificial idea of beauty. What really opened my eyes was when various girl friends were asking me about my hair, or make up or dresses or heels. Honestly I despise it. Personally I really like having short messy hair and honestly I don't like make up or heels either. Yes I like cute clothes really but I also love my more form fitting boys clothes too. Really this is my transition and I am living life the way I want and intend to. So here is to an excellent 2014!
