So from your bank statement you should be all right, paypal not so much, but there are no paper statements for that. Don't say if you're not, but as you're talking about paypal I'd assume that you're over 18 as that's the minimum age you
should be able to get an account with them without lying. If that's the case then I don't know why your parents would be snooping through your statements, your money is your money and it's up to you what you spend it on as long as it's nothing illegal. On the other hand, if you know they will, you can always pay through paypal as a "guest" account to get the security without it showing on your paypal account. Or if you have a supportive friend, get them to order it and give them the cash/bank transfer the money to them.
