coming out at work next week

Ok made my appointment with HR manager and my department manager for Thursday of this week, and we have our department strategy mtg for 2014 on Wednesday of next week my plan is to come out at that mtg to my peer group. I would like to give them about a month notice before my plan to go full time following ffs in February at which point my crew and the operations team will be involved. the corp HR director is going to do a conference call to help give me support.
emotionally i am both scared and relieved to have made it to this point. At this point do not plan to relocate, but not closing any options, to start will have to see what the reaction is and react from there.
