How do I look?

My profile picture is from about two years ago. I'm starting my hormone therapy this year (I hope), but I would like to know what everyone thinks of this picture. The lighting is bad, and the only make-up I'm wearing is some lipstick. So, what do you think?

I honestly can't see anything. Can barely tell it's anything more than a black square
